Multi-channel Power and Energy Meter

Fitting for both new and retrofit projects, SATEC’s Branch Feeder Monitor™, is a multi-circuit power meter, monitoring up to 12 three-phase power circuits or 36 single-phase, or any combination. The BFM136 utilizes High Accuracy Current Sensors (HACS) and is ideal for a wide range of applications, from monitoring medium-voltage substations through commercial multi-tenant billing in shopping-centers or office buildings.
The BFM136 is a highly reliable piece of equipment featuring a rugged design for a long life of uninterrupted service.

  • Automatic 120-day daily profile for import/export energy and maximum demand readings (total and tariff registers) for each submeter
  • Logging internal diagnostic events and setup changes
  • 2 separate programmable data logs, on a periodic basis, per channel
  • 4 control setpoints, programmable thresholds and delays for each submeter

Variable Current Inputs

36 current inputs, available in one of the following options:

  • 40mA HACS CT designated inputs (available HACS ratings: 100A-3,000A)
  • split-core HACS CTs for 5A secondary current
  • 100mA inputs for 3rd party CTs (not supplied by SATEC)

Voltage Measurement Inputs

Voltage measurement range: 120 (207) to 277 (480)V AC ± 15% (accuracy is guaranteed to this voltage range)

LCD Display

  • Local LCD display providing up to 36 channels of consumption readings for each tenant

Real Time Clock

  • Built-in clock and calendar functions
